Sizing guide

Now that you’ve found your new MeliMeli furniture, make sure it fits! Measure your room to ensure your new piece of furniture will fit in the intended space. Make sure to carefully measure your doors, hallways and stairs and compare to the size of the furniture. Our furniture is not modular so extra attention needs to be paid to measurements of entrance and doorways. On styles like the Blanca sofa and Ester bench the legs are removed for transit and screws on your delivery team upon arrival. If your new piece of furniture doesn’t fit there will be a return fee of £59 and we will not be able to refund you your original shipping cost. Once you have signed for your delivery you will not be able to make a return on the basis the furniture doesn’t fit in the intended space.

Make sure to measure the below points at its narrowest section and compare to the height and width of your sofa:

• Entrance door – measure the width and height of the outer edge of your door and the inner edge of your doorframe

• Stairs – don’t forget to take bannisters, handrails and fixtures into account. Measure the width and height of your staircase at its narrowest point

• Hallways – Measure the width of any areas where your furniture must pass through, remember to allow extra space for internal doors and other obstructions such as radiators, shelving, skirting boards and light fittings

• Lift – If you’ve got a lift, measure the width and height of the opening as well as the depth of the lift
